    Journal and changelog go live

    Started building in public: an MDX-backed journal with our first two posts, and this changelog. The thinking and the shipping, both out in the open.

  2. Shipped

    Studio page, mobile menu and first case study

    Added the /studio page (how we work, our principles and guarantees), a proper mobile navigation drawer, and our anchor case study — the build of this very site.

  3. Shipped

    Services, pricing and contact form

    Published the Build, Automate and Operate practice pages with transparent pricing, and wired up a spam-protected contact form end to end.

  4. Shipped

    Site foundation

    Laid the groundwork: brand tokens, layout, navigation, footer and the home page — a static Next.js site served from Cloudflare's edge.
