No. We plan migrations to avoid downtime and run the old and new in parallel until we've confirmed everything works.
Do I have to take a Care plan?
No — setups and migrations are once-off. Care plans are optional, but most SMBs prefer knowing someone reliable owns their uptime.
What does a Care plan actually cover?
Updates, backups, uptime monitoring and security patches as standard. Plus and Pro add content edits, priority support, reporting and automation upkeep.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Either — we'll recommend based on how your team works and what you already use. We handle the setup and licensing guidance either way.
